The Cottage is a delightful one-storey stable conversion situated on a working farm on the edge of the South Downs. From the front door there is access to great walks and views across the Downs and the Harbour to be enjoyed throughout the year.

    The accommodation comprises:
  • An open plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen complete with most of the mod cons!
  • Two bedrooms. One large bedroom with two 3ft beds. The second bedroom is smaller and has two 2ft 6in beds. The beds can be joined to make a double. A cot and highchair are available if required.
  • A bathroom (shower).
  • There is a separate utility room with both a washing machine and tumble dryer. It also offers an area to leave your muddy boots etc.
  The Cottage is fully heated; this is provided in the price. The water comes from our own well. Linen and towels are provided at no extra cost. There is a patio for the glorious summer days which catches the light for much of the day. The Courtyard also has ample parking. Wi-fi available.
